무언가 깨지는 소리
The sound of something shattering

난 문득 잠에서 깨
I suddenly wake up

낯설음 가득한 소리
A sound filled with unfamiliarity

귀를 막아 보지만 잠에 들지 못해
I try to cover my ears but can’t fall asleep

목이 자꾸 아파와
My throat keeps hurting

감싸 보려하지만
Even though I try to cover it up

나에겐 목소리가 없어
I don’t have a voice

오늘도 그 소릴 들려
Today too, I hear that sound

또 울리고 있어 그 소리가
That sound rings, once again

이 얼어붙은 호수에 또 금이 가
On this frozen lake, cracks form again

그 호수에 내가 날 버렸잖아
I threw myself into that lake, didn’t I?

내 목소리를 널 위해 묻었잖아
I buried my voice for your sake, didn’t I?

날 버린 겨울호수 위로
Above the winter lake where I threw myself away

두꺼운 얼음이 얼었네
A thick ice has frozen over
